SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. 

Our standard shipping uses Canada Post Expedited services for addresses within Canada and FedEx for US addresses.

Shipping Costs

Our flat rates are as follows (all amounts are shown in Canadian dollars):

We reserve the right to reassess the shipping charges on any order. Typically this only happens if the order is too heavy or bulky to fit into a single box, or if the delivery address is too rural (Remote and Airstage locations) to qualify for flat rate shipping. We will contact you with the new charge for authorization before we ship.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Cancelling an order is a time-sensitive request, so please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.  Please use the form at the bottom of the Contact page to inform us of a cancellation.

Exchange Policy

We are confident in our sizing, but if, on receipt, your skates turn out to be the wrong size, we will be happy to pay for the shipping cots involved in the exchange. Please contact us for a returned goods authorization number (RGA #) and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

This offer is limited to the initial exchange.  Any shipping costs related to subsequent exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are sorry, but we are currently unable to exchange purchases shipped to US locations.

Returns

Our goal is that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience.  We accept returns of new/unused products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. We ask that you return the items to us (at your expense), and we will refund you for the original purchase amount, less the initial shipping costs. Please contact us, and we will provide you with a returned goods authorization number (RGA #) and instructions on how to return your products.

 

Used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final Sale are not within our return guidelines.

Your privacy is very important to us. M3Sports will never sell or give your information to third parties. We will not innundate you with spam e-mails, but if there is a product recall or other safety information, we will ensure this reaches you. We may, from time to time, contact you with product related information, but you can unsubscribe from this service at any time. All communication is routed through safe servers, and your financial information is encrypted through our professional payment processing service.
