A soft and stretchable fabric sleeve coated with a proprietary gel pad that absorbs friction and pressure associated with the "pinching sensation" of tightly laced footgear.  Designed to position and hold the gel pad in place at the top of the foot while the pad slowly released a medical grade mineral oil and Vitamin E to promote healing.  Clinically proven to reduce hypertrophic/keloid scar tissue.  Washable, reusable, latex and silicone free.
