What payment methods do you accept?

M3Sports accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards, as well as PayPal.
Will my order be subject to tax?

You will be charged tax based on the destination province or territory that your order is being shipped to. US orders are not subject to tax. When you complete your order, the taxes will automatically be calculated based on the destination.
Where do you ship?

We will ship any place in Canada that Canada Post is able to deliver. For the US, we ship anyplace that FedEx can reach. For International shipping, please contact us via our contact page.
What shipping method do you use?

We use Canada Post Expedited services for shipping our orders within Canada. We use FedEx for shipments in the US. For more information on shipping, you can refer to our Shipping & Returns page.
How do you keep my information safe?

Your privacy is very important to us. M3Sports will never sell or give your information to third parties. We will not innundate you with spam e-mails, but if there is a product recall or other safety information, we will ensure this reaches you. We may, from time to time, contact you with product related information, but you can unsubscribe from this service at any time. All communication is routed through safe servers, and your financial information is encrypted through our payment processing service.
How do I find out which size of Roller Skate to order?

The best way to determine your size is to measure your foot and look up the corresponding size on a mondopoint chart. We have reproduced a standard sizing chart here along with other important sizing information on the brands of skates that we carry. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us and we will try to help with sizing.
